Servo Technology Meets Hands Off Grading, the Ultimate Ergonomically Correct Solution.

Traditional board turner systems require periodic and time consuming mechanical adjustments when making product changes. With ‘electronic gearing’ powering our Servo Board Turner System, these adjustments are made automatically with the push of a button.

Our integrated Cut-In-Two system utilizes a Skip-A-Lug Transfer, driven by a Servo Drive/Motor leading into the trimmer. When a Cut-In-Two is requested the Skip-A-Lug Transfer will ramp down, allowing the Trimmer/Sorter drive to pull an empty lug space behind the Cut-In-Two board in order to accept the far end board once it is cut. The far end board, once cut, is lifted and dropped in to the empty lug via lift skids. The system can be adjusted to accept cut-in-three boards as well.

Designed with off-the-shelf Allen-Bradley hardware, the system can be supported locally throughout the United States and worldwide. It is our goal to provide customers with a system they can maintain themselves. Additional PLC and motion control hardware are supported, to suit your needs.
