Maximize Recovery at Your Most Critical Machine Centers

Concept Systems’ Sawmill Controls are comprised of 100% off-the-shelf components; no proprietary hardware or software involved, meaning your system will be supported long after startup. Although other platforms are supported to meet your mill needs, Concept uses primarily Allen-Bradley PLC and Delta Computer RMC motion controls to provide the most reliable, flexible, and easy to use control package on the market today. Our systems connect to the USNR Optimizer using industry standard, high-speed Ethernet communications.

The Optimizer and Machine Center Interfaces are Windows based, making for a user-friendly environment within the menu structure and operating environment. Setup of all operational parameters, such as wane rules, are graphical, which provide the user with immediate visual feedback that the settings they selected are the right ones. The main operator view, which displays detailed information on machine devices, can be modified to accommodate any operator.
