Ed is an owner and founder of Concept Systems and has over 14 years of industrial automation and IT experience.

At Concept Systems, Ed has performed project management and engineering duties on automation and motion control projects for customers in the Wood Products, Aerospace, Converting, Powder Metal Press and Semiconductor industries.

Ed has extensive motion control experience, developing servo drive and hydraulic control systems in a variety of industries, including experience with ControlLogix, Delta Motion Control and Force-Position Control. Ed has helped Concept Systems establish themselves as a premier motion control integrator not only in the Northwest but across the country as well.

In addition to extensive engineering and operations management experience, Ed excels in control system design and customer service. Ed is an expert at coming up with just the right design solution for any given control system.

Ed has a BSME and MSME from Stanford University, with a focus on control systems and smart product design.
