Jerry began programming PLCs in 1981 for a machine tool manufacturer. Since then he has amassed substantial experience in Aerospace, Food Processing, Wood Products, Oil Production, Water and Waste Water, and Manufacturing industries.
He has specialized in Allen-Bradley products including PLC-2, PLC-3, PLC-5, and ControlLogix. Jerry has experience in all phases of Control System Integration including Conception, Design, Programming, Testing, Commissioning, and Documentation. Many systems involved large networks of PLCs and IO using Data Highway, Data Highway Plus, Remote IO, ControlNet, DeviceNet, and Ethernet.
Jerry earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is registered in Oregon and California as a Professional Engineer. Adding to his accomplishments, Jerry also earned a Master in Business Administration degree.
Along with his control system experience, Jerry is a capable machine designer having designed simple devices to complex manufacturing machines costing hundreds of thousands of dollars.
