Steve has over 14 years of control, engineering and field service experience in the wood products and gypsum industries.

Steve spent 4 years in the gypsum industry, developing new systems and processes, improving procedures for hardware and software development, and acting as Site Manager on large system commissioning's.

Steve also has 8 years of experience in the Wood Products industry, where he started as a Field Service Engineer, became a Project Manager and was later was promoted to an Engineering Manager. As a Project Manager, Steve served as primary focal point for the specification of hardware, software and operating systems for installation at the customers’ sites and coordinated the final quality assurance and inspection of completed systems prior to shipment.
